Universal Language
This is the universal sign for impotency. Thank you Jon for an educational and enjoyable birthday. Here is to 25! I hope you never have a day of impotency but if you do, you will now know how to explain it to a Japanese person. "Gambatte, Gambatte, Oh, Zanen!" Emily you are genius!

That was the most brilliant use of Japanese I have ever heard. I had no idea how she was going to explain it! I am telling you, genius!
I think it requires an "Otoko wa..." to give it some context.
My Japanese is crap, so all I have is to recombine what I do know in as many ways as possible.
